1 - Enquiry Call + Free Consultation

Let’s find out how we can help you.

During this call, we will talk about you and your business – allowing us to understand your current challenges and objectives. If we can help you, we will show you the system, tools and techniques we use to support you in achieving faster business and workforce development.

This allows us to map out and agree on suitable solutions and measurable outcomes.

2 - Online Interview

Your staff will take an online interview.

We will send a personal link to all relevant staff to access their online interview. This will take them through scientifically proven questions that will measure and establish their thinking preferences, job satisfaction and more; to gain the relevant insights and data.

Time required: Allow up to 1 hour per person.

3 - Check Results

The time we need to analyse the data.

During this time, we will analyse all individual and team data towards your organisational objectives. This will enable us to pull together recommendations of action for development. These are presented to you at the next stage.

Time required: A minimum of 3 days for us to analyse.

4 - Results 1:1 Discussion

We carry out all 1-to-1 result discussions with each participating member of staff. 

We will carry out all individual and team 1-to-1 meetings to reveal results – allowing staff to confirm and give feedback on the findings. It’s at this point that we will also talk to your team and start educating them about their own and others’ thinking preferences, and how they can be utilised to create a harmonious and productive workforce environment.

Time required: Allow a minimum of 1 hour per person.

5 - Implementation and ongoing support

We will assist you with implementation and ongoing support.

After completing all 1-to-1 results discussions, we then meet with you and your stakeholders to discuss the findings and plan practical business improvements by leveraging the data and staff feedback.

Time required: Customised to your needs.
